Person Of Interest Denies Wrongdoing In Disappearance Of Christina Morris
DALLAS, Texas (1080 KRLD) - The courts have unsealed a telling search warrant affidavit that gives the first solid clues where Plano Police are headed in their investigation into a missing Fort Worth woman.
The man who police say was last seen with Christina Morris denies any wrongdoing, even after police searched his vehicle for a second time.
Enrique Arochi is still a person of interest in the missing person investigation of Morris, but he denies he did anything improper.
"I did not have anything to do with her disappearance" Arochi told 1080 KRLD.

But a newly unsealed search warrant affidavit paints a picture of law enforcement officials in Plano not believing everything Arochi says.
The affidavit says there were a number of inconsistencies that Arochi told them. The last time Morris was seen alive was leaving the shops at Legacy with Arochi in the early morning hours of August 30th. The affidavit says Arochi told them he had not parked next to Morris, but he later admitted he did.
"The inconsistency was where I parked because both parking lots look exactly identical" said Arochi. "And I don't have a sense of direction so I didn't really know where I parked."

The document also says there was damage to Arochi's car, and that he had injuries including a bite mark on his arm.
"I didn't have any bite marks on my arm, I had an accident that day changing my tire - and there's proof of that" said Arochi.
The warrant, which was executed last month, shows police searched Arochi's 2010 Chevrolet Camaro for bodily fluids, hair and DNA evidence. The warrant does not say what was found.
Police still call Arochi a person of interest and techinically the case of Christina Morris is still an open investigation into a missing person.
