Perseid Meteor Shower Streaks Across North Texas Skies
NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Nature's fireworks are filling the skies tonight as the Perseid meteor shower hits its peak.
It's the 'Fireball Champion' of all annual meteor showers, according to NASA.
Sky watchers can expect to see as many as 100 meteors zip through the sky per hour, NASA officials said.
