Paschal Student Is Semifinalist In Intel Science Talent Search

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - An 11th grader at Fort Worth ISD's Paschal High School has been named a semifinalist in the 2016 Intel Science Talent Search.
Wyatt Reeves is one of only 11 students in Texas to receive such an honor and only 300 in the country.
Reeves has won state-level UIL academics contests and placed well in other national STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) competitions.
Each semifinalist receives a $1,000 award from the Intel Foundation with an additional $1,000 going to his or her school.
Semifinalists were selected from more than 1,750 entrants from 512 high schools in 43 states, Puerto Rico, Washington, DC and six American and international high schools overseas.
Reeves is being mentored by Dr. Charles Reidl who teaches an advanced math and physics course for the FWISD.
