One Killed, Seven Injured In South Fort Worth Shooting
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) – One person was killed and seven others were injured when an armed suspect walked up to a group of people outside a home in the 3700 block of Frazier Ave. and opened fire at about 4 a.m. Sunday morning.
Fort Worth Police Department spokeswoman Sharron Neal said the victim who suffered a fatal injury died at the scene. Four other victims were taken to one hospital and three other injured victims were taken to another.
Two of those had to undergo surgery Sunday, Neal said. The other five have been released from the hospital. No one has been identified.
Neal said homicide investigators do not have a suspect and did not reveal what kind of gun the person used, citing the ongoing investigation.
