Okay NOW It Feels Like Fall

This is the time of year when we leave the worst of north Texas summer heat and get a glimpse of Fall. This usually happens in a dramatic fashion. And speaking of fashion this will be the first school day where kids require those jackets/sweaters that have been in the closet since last Spring:

And the 48 hour season shift will be even more apparent tomorrow morning. Keep in mind (if you are able to if outside early on Saturday) that on Thursday morning at 6am it was 82° at DFW with a dewpoint of 70° (very muggy). It won't be ANYTHING like that at Saturday 6am:

But the weekend really starts tonight as we many head out to enjoy some Friday Night Football. Make sure you bundle up. Yes...I'll repeat that. Make sure to bundle up:

We'll have cooler weather for the weekend but be back to warmer air by mid-week. This time of year we get some temperature drama but the day-to-day cool weather is still a ways away.
