Officials Confirm 2 U.S. Residents Dead In Brussels Attacks

NEW YORK (CBS NEWS) - A brother and sister who had been living in New York and were among those missing following the terrorist attacks in Brussels, Belgium, were killed in the attacks, CBS News has been told.

Sascha and Alexander Pinczowski have family in the Netherlands and were Dutch citizens but had been residing in New York City, CBS New York reported.

A statement provided to CBS News on behalf of the family says, "The Belgian Authorities tonight provided, to the families gathered at Astrid Hospital in Brussels, a list of the names of all remaining victims of the tragedy of March 22 who remain alive. Sadly, our beloved Alexander and Sacha were not among them.
