Off-Duty Police Officer Arrested For DWI
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - An off-duty Fort Worth police officer was arrested Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Officer Brian Blue was driving his own vehicle and was involved in a minor wreck in South Fort Worth. When officers responded to the scene of the accident, they arrested Blue after suspecting he was intoxicated, according to Sgt. Kelly Peel with the Fort Worth Police Department.
Toxicology results are pending while Officer Blue remains on restricted duty.
No one was hurt in the incident.
