North Texas City Expected To Ban K-2
The Allen City Council is scheduled to vote to ban two popular but legal drugs.
Right now the hallucinogenic drugs K-2 and salvia are legal in Texas. Allen mayor Stephen Terrell doesn't want to wait for a ban to come out of Austin. Mayor Terrell says he expects it to come up in the legislative session but until then...the Allen City Council is to vote on an outright ban of both K-2 and salvia tonight. Mansfield passed a similar ordinance that became law yesterday.
