North Texas Cities Named 'Best Places to Live'
Plenty of jobs, great schools and safe streets----just some of the factors used to create Money Magazines 2010 list of the Best small cities.
McKINNEY made the top 5 on the latest national list.....which has Eden Prairie Minnesota in the top spot. Allen Texas came in 16th on the national 100...and Rowlett is 24th.
