No. 17 Wildcats, Aggies Try To Get Back On Track
MANHATTAN, KS (AP) Kansas State will host Texas A&M on Saturday in a matchup of teams trying to get off two-game losing streaks.
The No. 17 Wildcats lost to Oklahoma and Oklahoma State in successive weeks, while the Aggies are trying to rebound from a loss to Missouri and last week's defeat against the Sooners.
Kansas State coach Bill Snyder says his team didn't handle success well when it won its first seven games, and that contributed to its lousy performance against the Sooners. The Wildcats responded from their first loss much better, playing the Cowboys to the wire last week.
This could be the last time Kansas State and Texas A&M play for a while. The Aggies are headed to the SEC beginning next season.
