Nike Unveils New Dallas Cowboys Uniforms
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – On Wednesday, Oregon-based Nike unveiled new uniforms for all NFL teams. But never fear: The Cowboys' royal blues, sterling silvers and striking whites remain.
For better or worse, in other words, they all look a lot like what fans have grown accustomed to.
Nike clearly factored in tradition in the design: The most noticeable change is the sleeker, more streamlined fit.
In a release, Nike says the uniforms themselves weigh less than previous incarnations and are tailored and fitted to each player.
Design-wise, the trademark blue star is still plastered on either side of the helmets and the blue-and-white stripe remains on the pants.
The biggest change may come on the team gloves, which'll form that Cowboys star when they're placed together.
