NFL Legends To Guest Star On CBS Primetime Dramas
Football isn't just taking over CBS on Thursday nights; it's taking over some of CBS' hottest primetime shows this fall.
NFL greats Phil Simms, Boomer Esiason, Tony Gonzalez and Eric Dickerson will each make guest appearances on shows like "Elementary" and "NCIS."
First up is "NCIS" where Tony Gonzalez will play a Special Agent fishing for information on Special Agent Gibbs (played by Mark Harmon). The episode is set to air Tuesday, Sept. 30 at 8:00PM ET/PT.
Next is Boomer Esiason, who will playing himself on the show "Blue Bloods" as he pays a visit to Commissioner Frank Reagan (played by Tom Selleck). That episode will air Friday, Oct. 3 at 10:00PM ET/PT.
Eric Dickerson will be on an episode of "Hawaii Five-0" playing himself when McGarret (played by Alex O'Loughlin) runs into him at a bait shop on Oahu. Find out what happens next when the episode airs on Friday, Oct. 31 at 9:00PM ET/PT.
Finally, Phil Simms will play himself as an associate of Sherlock's (played by Jonny Lee Miller) on an episode of "Elementary" that will be airing on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 10:00PM ET/PT.
