Thurman is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.  Corona is facing one count.

Argumaniz says the investigation isn't over and doesn't rule out future arrests in the case. The 13-year-old girl was missing for a week before turning up at her house Tuesday morning.

In a jailhouse interview Tuesday night, Corona apologized to his mother and the girl's parents.  He also asked his girlfriend to bring him money so he could buy snacks from the jail's commissary.
