Most Abortions Not Covered In Government Healthcare Plan
Pro-choice activists are outraged about the federal governments decision not to cover most abortions in it's healthcare plan. The current high risk federal program that only covers those people who can't get insurance... will allow abortions ONLY in the case of incest, rape or if the mother's life is in danger. If you opt for the subsidized program in 2014... when the full healthcare plan goes into affect... you CAN NOT use the federally funded portion of your plan to get an abortion. You'll have to aquire separate insurance for that.
