105.3 THE FAN -- $1,193,248.20.
That's the payment Bobby Bonilla receives from the New York Mets each July 1.
In reality, it's not an astronomical salary. The average MLB player salary broke the $4 million mark in 2015. The distinction -- Bonilla hasn't played baseball since 2001.
In 2000, Bonilla was owed $5.9 million by New York. The team agreed to a buyout that will pay Bonilla $29.8 million for not playing, all the way through 2035.
Here is a shocking list of current MLB players who make less than Bonilla will in 2015.
1. Kris Bryant, $471,448
Bryant, widely regarded as the top prospect in baseball, stormed onto the scene in 2015.
The 23-year-old is hitting .275 with 10 home runs and 43 RBI through his first 67 games.
2. Delino DeShields, $507,500
Before injuring himself in June, DeShields was a huge part of the Rangers' success from the leadoff position.
Speed, versatility -- he's provided a lot to the Rangers lineup for a Rule 5 Draft pick. And at a bargain.
3. Sonny Gray, $512,500
Simply put, he's one of the best pitchers in all of baseball -- and he's 25.
Gray sports a 9-3 record, 2.09 ERA, and is holding opposing hitters to a .205 average.
4. Stephen Vogt, $512,500
A .300 batting average, 13 home runs, and 53 RBI -- for $512,500!!?
It's a silly number.
5. Gerrit Cole, $531,000
Cole is among the favorites to win the NL Cy Young award.
Scherzer and Greinke are the only pitchers with better cases. They're making a combined $36,142,872 this season.
6. Billy Hamilton, $545,000
Hamilton has stolen 40 bases this season. That's more than the Dodgers and White Sox -- COMBINED!
In all, he has swiped more bases than 15 MLB teams. That's an asset -- and an incredibly cheap one.
7. Manny Machado, $548,000
A .307 average and 16 home runs. Machado has a WAR (wins above replacement) of 4.2
8. Matt Harvey, $614,125
He hasn't regained his pre-Tommy John surgery form yet, but the right-hander is 7-5 with a 1.02 WHIP in 2015.
9. Yordano Ventura, $750,000
He's faltered a bit in 2015, but the 24-year-old was signed as an international free agent, receiving a $28,000 signing bonus.
10. Julio Teheran, $1,166,666
An All Star in 2014, Teheran is a solid contributor in the Braves' rotation.
