Mesquite Couple Dead: Apparent Murder-Suicide
Two bodies were found in a Mesquite home early today and police are still collecting evidence. Police were sent out to the home on Bandera Place overnight and got no response when they tried contact the couple who lived there. When officers entered the home north of I-20 and east of 635, they found a middle-aged couple already dead. Police Lieutenant Bill Hedgpeth says it looks like a murder-suicide but it's not clear who killed whom. The couple have two children but neither was home at the time.
