McKinney Doctor Arrested Twice For Child Sex Assault
McKINNEY (CBSDFW.COM) - A McKinney chiropractor is facing charges in two cases of Sexual Assault of a Child after being arrested twice in less than a week.
David Allen Russell was arrested on October 28 following an ongoing investigation into a dance student who claimed they were assaulted by Russell.
After a second student came forward, Russell was re-arrested on November 4.
Both times Russell was released after posting a $100,000 bond.
Russell met the students through the Taylor Dance Studio, where he oversaw stretching and conditioning classes. The studio says parents were notified immediately upon learning of the October 28 arrest.
Police won't specify the age or sex of the victims.
Taylor Dance Studio says neither of the incidents occurred at their facility.
The Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County is helping police with their investigation.
