McKinney Amber Alert Suspect In Jail, Children Reunited With Mother

COLLIN COUNTY (CBS 11 NEWS) - The suspect in an Amber Alert issued Tuesday for three children missing from McKinney is in the Kaufman County jail.

Police say he took off with the kids Tuesday after he received a court order telling him he couldn't have any contact with them or his estranged wife.

Wednesday, Eloisa Toral Hernandez said she's happy to have her kids back home again.

"I'm very happy. Thank you for everything. And we are together, my kids and me. And, thank you so much," Hernandez said.

All three children are under the age of five. Their biological, but non-custodial father, is Calvin Lincecum. Hernandez said they're going through a divorce.

"He abused me all the time. For three years. But he never stop," she said.

Hernandez said he abused the children too, withholding food from them and making them go on diets.

Tuesday, he was served with papers preventing him from any contact with them. Police say he promptly took off.

Hours later in an exclusive interview with CBS 11 News, Lincecum claimed Hernandez was the abuser.

"I feel like the woman is physically and mentally abusing me and my children," he said by phone.

Lincecum may have been headed with the kids to his mother's house in Louisiana. He ended up turning himself in to police in Terrell.

Eloisa Hernandez said she filed charged against Lincecum in 2006 for assaulting.

His bond is set at $150,000.
