Mark Cuban's SEC Troubles Rekindled

Mark Cuban's troubles with the Securities and Exchange Commission have rekindled.   That "insider trading" lawsuit against the Maverick's owner has been reinstated by a Federal appeals court.  It had been dismissed in July of 2009 when  a judge said Cuban never agreed he couldn't act on confidential information.  He sold shares in Mamma.com avoiding a 750-thousand dollar loss.  Now the SEC civil case goes back to court.  Click here to see the  Fifth Circuit Court Ruling.
