Mark Cuban Grants Early Release For Friday Mavs Game
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) -- Though Game 2 of the Dallas-Houston series has yet to be played, Mavericks owner Mark Cuban wants fans to be prepared for the team's first home game on Friday.
With the game set to tip at an earlier than usual 6 p.m., Cuban wants to help.
Need to leave work early? He officially gives you permission to do so.
For those diagnosed with "Severe Mavs Fever", the only cure is "More Mavs Playoff Basketball."
The team will host a "Party In The Park" Friday from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Klyde Warren Park, as well as a happy hour leading up to the game. (MORE DETAILS)
The series shifts to Dallas for Game 3. Game 4 will be played on Sunday at 8:00 p.m. at the American Airlines Center.
Dallas currently trails the Rockets 1-0 in the best-of-seven series. James Harden led Houston with 24 points in a 118-108 win on Saturday night at home.
