Man's Head Stuck In Conveyor Belt At FedEx Facility

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - High angle rescue teams from the Fort Worth fire department removed a man who was stuck by his head in a conveyor belt at the FedEx Ship Center in Fort Worth.
He was stuck three stories up, which added difficulty to an already precarious rescue.
He was transported to John Peter Smith Hospital with a serious head injury.
