Manhunt For Robbers/Kidnappers On Multi-City Crime Spree

NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The hunt is on for a pair of North Texas criminals on a multi-city crime spree.
Police say the two men, captured in the surveillance video seen on this page, are responsible for an aggravated robbery and car theft, a carjacking and kidnapping in Collin County, a ATM customer robbery in Cockrell Hill and a donut shop robbery and assault in Dallas.
The crime spree began in the late evening of December 9. It was around 10:30 p.m. when a woman was backing out of a parking spot at the Green Haven Apartments in McKinney. The 28-year-old woman says the driver of a blue 2009 Dodge Charger pulled behind her and blocked her in.
The man in the Charger got out, approached the woman's window, pointed a gun at her and demanded she move to to the passenger seat. The man then got in the car and drove off. Another person in the Charger, which police later learned was reported stolen in an aggravated robbery in Dallas on December 8, followed behind.
The female victim says the man drove around for hours, taking her to several ATM locations and forcing her to make withdrawals. The men also took the woman to several businesses and forced her to purchase items with her debit/credit cards.
The suspects had the female victim with them when they drove to an ATM in the 1600 block of North Cockrell Hill Road. There was a man at the location when they arrived. Police say the crooks had a gun visible when they got out of their respective cars and walked up to the man. The man saw them with a weapon, jumped in his vehicle and drove away, but not before one of the suspects fired a shot and shattered a window in the man's vehicle. The man was able to get away uninjured.
The female victim was still in her vehicle during the attempted attack on the man, after which the suspects drove with her to Oak Cliff Doughnuts on South Hampton Boulevard. Once at the shop the men left the woman in the car and went inside.
Police say one of the robbers hit a customer in the head with a gun and demanded money from the cash register. The other robber jumped over the counter and took the money. Before leaving the robbers also took the customer's wallet.
Again, the female victim was driven away from the crime scene. Shortly after the doughnut robbery, and sometime after 5 a.m. December 10, the woman was released in the 2300 block of W. Illinois. She immediately called police.
Neither the suspects or stolen vehicles have been located.
During a press conference Dallas police Major Max Geron said, "Besides kidnapping a female and firing shots at another individual, these are dangerous criminals that need to be taken off the street. We ask for the public's assistance in both identifying them and locating them."
The first suspect is described as a black male with a light complexion, standing about 5'7". The man, believed to be in late 20's or early 30's, has bruising below one eye, a two-inch scar on his upper arm and fresh stitches or a cut across his lips.
The second suspect is described as a black man with a light complexion, standing between 5'2" and 5'4". He is believed to be in his early 20s, has a skinny build, short hair and a single gold tooth. At the time of the crime spree he was wearing a pinky ring.
The two stolen vehicles are a blue 2009 Dodge Charger (Shelby), with the Texas license plate FLL-5292 and a 4-door, black Volkswagen CC, with the Texas license plate FJX-9806.
Anyone with information about the suspects, kidnapping or robberies is asked to call the Dallas Police Robbery Unit at 214-671-3584. Tipsters can also call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 214-373-TIPS (8477) – callers can remain anonymous.
