Man Suspected Of Robbing Same Gas Station Four Times
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) -- Fort Worth police are searching for a man believed to have robbed the same gas station at least four times in the past month -- and twice in the same day.
The robberies occurred at the Valero gas station at 6700 Crowley Rd. on Sept. 27, Sept. 29, and twice on Oct. 11.
In surveillance video, the man is seen pulling up in a 90's model light blue Toyota Camry. The suspect then walks into the store and stands behind a customer for a short time, before approaching the clerk.
Police say the suspect threatens the clerk with a handgun wrapped in a dark-colored bandana and demands money.
The man is described as a 25 to 30-year-old Hispanic male with a light mustache and beard. Police say he's wearing a sweatshirt or long sleeve t-shirt in most of the robberies.
Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to an arrest.
Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Fort Worth Robbery Detective at 817-392-4380 or Crimestoppers at 817-469-TIPS (8477).
