Man Dead In Stabbing At North Dallas Apartment Complex
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A man is dead after police said he was stabbed at an apartment complex in North Dallas early Tuesday morning.
Police said they found the man lying on the ground just after midnight on the third floor of a building at the Midpark Towers in the 8500 block of Midpark Road near Central Expressway.
The man was taken to a hospital where he died. He was later identified as 25-year-old James Henry.
There was a standoff later in the early morning hours at the apartment complex that involved the suspect in the deadly stabbing. A man, later identified as 55-year-old Terrance Summerville, was eventually taken into custody by SWAT.
Summerville was booked into jail on a murder charge.
