Man Dead After Shooting
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Police are looking for a suspect involved in the early Saturday morning death of a man.
Cliff Miller with the Fort Worth Police Department says investigators believe sometime before 5:50 a.m. the victim was driving eastbound on Northeast 28th Street when a pickup truck entered the same lane and drove towards the victim heads on. Both vehicles stopped before making contact. Shots were then fired.
The victim then drove away from the scene and crashed into a telephone pole.
The suspect got away before police arrived.
The victim was pronounced dead in his vehicle. His identity has not been released yet.
