FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Fort Worth Police have arrested the man they believe was responsible for a drive-by shooting that killed one and injured two other people Sunday Morning.

Police began questioning the suspect Sunday afternoon who they believe fired into a crowd of people at a house party at 2509 Shropshire Street.

Investigators said the suspect showed up to a house party uninvited and was told to leave. Officers said when the suspect got into his car, he circled the neighborhood and returned to the home where he began firing shots into the crowd.

"Bang, Bang, Bang. Man I was so scared. I wasn't expecting anything like that. I could have been dead. I might not have woken up this morning because I was right there," said Jack Clay, who witnessed the shooting. "At that time, bullets don't have no names on it in a crowd of people when you shooting like that. It could hit anybody."

Fort Worth Police said it would be releasing the name of the suspect and mugshot once he was booked into jail.

The condition of the two surviving victims has not been released.

Family members of the victim did not want to comment on the incident.
