Crash near East Loop 820 injures 5, including Fort Worth officer
FORT WORTH – Five people, including a Fort Worth police officer, were injured Monday when a vehicle crashed into a police SUV at East Loop 820 and Meadowbrook Drive.
The incident occurred just before 3 p.m.
The female Fort Worth police officer – not believed to be seriously injured – was taken to a local hospital by another officer, Fort Worth police said.
Four people were in the vehicle that struck the police SUV.
One was critically injured, one was seriously injured, and two others suffered minor injuries, police said.
