Love Field Ranked Among Highest In Airport Satisfaction

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Love Field is among the highest ranked medium size airports in the country for traveler satisfaction in a study released Wednesday by J.D. Power.
According to a news release from the City of Dallas, Love Field and Southwest Florida International Airport tied for second place in the rankings with a score of 792 (on a 1,000 point scale). Indianapolis International Airport and Raleigh-Durham International Airport tied for third at 789.
J.D. Power's 2015 North America Airport Satisfaction Study measured traveler satisfaction among large and medium size airports by examining terminal facilities, airport accessibility, security check, baggage claim, check-in/baggage check and terminal shopping.
In this year's study, overall traveler satisfaction with the airport experience averaged 725, an improvement from 690 in 2010, which was the last time the study was conducted.
