Local Boy Scout Council Gets Big Donation

Dallas oilman Trevor Rees-Jones is donating $25 million to the Circle Ten Council of the Boy Scouts.  The funds will go toward the Circle Ten Council's $90 million Centennial Campaign celebrating its 100th year in 2011.  This is the largest gift ever made to a regional council of the Boy Scouts of America, headquartered in Irving.
