Lightning Suspected Of Sparking Dallas House Fire
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A home in Dallas was damaged after it caught fire early Monday morning.
Dallas Fire Rescue was called out around 4:00 a.m. to the Red Bird area of the city.
Lightning is suspected of sparking the blaze. Residents at the home say they heard a loud boom and began smelling smoke shortly after.
Everyone inside the home was able to get out safely. No firefighters were injured.
The Red Cross is helping the family.
