KRLD's 'Your Hometown' To Highlight Denton, Texas

The City of Denton will be featured on NewsRadio 1080 KRLD during the next stop on the station's "Your Hometown Tour."
KRLD News anchors will broadcast live from Beth Marie's Old Fashioned Ice Cream on the south side of the Courthouse-on-the-Square, 117 West Hickory in Denton, on Friday, Oct. 2, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
During this time, they will highlight unique people, places and topics of local interest such as transportation, economic development and area history. The live broadcast is open to the public, and members of the community are invited to stop by and meet the KRLD News personalities.
KRLD's "Your Hometown Tour" began in June 2013. Most recently, the tour visited Rockwall. Future stops will be announced at a later date.
