K-2 Banned In Another North Texas City
The Frisco city council's joined the list of towns imposing a ban on the sale of the herbal mixture known as K-2.
The Frisco vote also bans Salvia, along with paraphernalia associated with illegal smoking materials. A violation will be a misdemeanor with a fine of up to $2-thousand dollars.
Allen, Mansfield and Cleburne are among other Texas cities that have moved to ban the sale of K-2. Dallas is considering a ban and a statewide ban may be considered during next year's session of the Texas Legislature.
