Judge Refuses To Lower Bond For Former Cowboys RB Joseph Randle

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Things went from bad to worse for former Cowboys running back Joseph Randle, 23.
A Kansas judge has refused to lower the bond for Randle who is accused of hitting three people with a car while leaving a party earlier this week in his hometown.
Randle is being held on $100,000 bond for four counts of aggravated battery and one count each of criminal threat, criminal damage to property and possessing marijuana.
Randle told the judge he couldn't afford a lawyer and asked for his bond to be lowered to $5,000.
The judge refused because Randle hasn't hired a lawyer or filled out an application for a court-appointed attorney.
Randle was released by the Dallas Cowboys on November 3.
In July 2015, Randle was put on six months probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor theft in a plea deal involving his October 2013 arrest for stealing $123 worth of cologne and underwear from a Texas mall.
