Jordan Spieth Among Favorites At The Masters

AUGUSTA, GA (CBSDFW.COM) -- Dallas native Jordan Spieth tied for second at the 2014 Masters -- his first ever appearance at the historic Major tournament.
While his performance last year surprised many, oddsmakers are expecting a repeat performance in 2015.
World No. 1 Rory McIlroy is an 8-2 favorite to capture his first green jacket. Sitting second -- Spieth is currently 8-1 to win at Augusta.
The 21-year-old lost in a playoff last week at the Shell Houston Open, and currently ranks second in the FedEx Cup standings.
He currently has just two career wins on the PGA Tour, including a win last month at the Valspar Championship in a three-way playoff.
Tiger Woods is the youngest player to ever win the tournament, winning in 1997 at the age of 21 years, 104 days old. Spieth will turn 22 in July.
