Jones Says Cowboys Did Not Play Well Against Redskins
DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - Never at a loss for words the Cowboys owner/CEO made perfectly clear his thoughts on the OT win against the Redskins during his weekly show on 105.3 The Fan.
"We did not, WE DID NOT, play well against the Redskins (on Sunday), across the board. And we have to do better than that, or we won't be looking at a future here." [in terms of the rest of the season] he told 105.3 The Fan's New School show Tuesday morning.

"(Tony) Romo did. Early, if we hit on a couple of things, then it might have been a different story. We just missed on a couple of throws, but still, we did not play well across the board. We've got to do better than that at a future here in terms of this year."
And of course the latest Cowboys gossip has turned to fullback Tony Fiammetta being out for unknown medical reasons according to Cowboys coach Jason Garrett. Jones backed up that statement by saying "it a medical thing, we'll just see how it evolves" and added "it's unfortunate we probably won't have him (playing in the game) Thursday."
When asked what he though was wrong with Rob Ryan's defense scheme, especially this past weekend against the Redskins Jones said, "I don't know that there is any one thing, we certainly are going to do better - we've got to do better" and that "it wasn't so much missed assignments, it was hesitation".
