Jon Kitna Resigns As Waxahachie High School Head Coach
WAXAHACHIE, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - Waxahachie High School head football coach Jon Kitna has resigned from his position at the school.
The former Dallas Cowboys quarterback had just finished his third season as coach of the Waxahachie Indians.
This past year, he led the team to its first playoff appearance since 2009.
Kitna's son Jordan tweeted a note from his father, saying his goodbyes.
