Jerry Jones: Tony Is Evolving, Buehler Is Staying
DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - The Dallas Cowboys owner/CEO joined 105.3 The Fan's New School for the "Jerry Jones Show" and when asked about Tony Romo's leadership abilities said "I think Tony is evolving, he's always been there with his confidence - he's a got a fighter pilot influence that can inspire a team."
Jones also said that Miles Austin will miss the game against the Detroit Lions (Sunday 12:00 p.m. on 105.3 The Fan) and may not return until after the bye week.
Regarding the kicker situation Jones is happy with Dan Bailey's performance and added "We want David Buehler to get well," Jones said. "He will need the bye to really get well, I think. We need that kickoff deep in that end zone. That touchback is an important part of the game."
