Jerry Jones Says Tony Romo Has "4-5 Years" Left In NFL Career

DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - Despite the multiple injuries and missing almost half of the 2015 regular season, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones thinks his star quarterback will be sticking around for several more years in the NFL.
Jones is of the opinion that Tony Romo has "4-5 years" left playing professional football.
"If you look at his play time, if you look at the years he actually played, he started late, he really has excellent skills relative to where his skill set began" said Jones.
Jones didn't appreciate being questioned about that opinion by The Fan's guest host Mac Engel saying "This is not a debate. I don't know if he's got 4 or 5 years - you asked me my opinion."
"I think we've got an outstanding quarterback ahead of us for the next four or five years, that's not a downer" said Jones - and added "will we be looking to develop and get talent behind Romo, absolutely."
