Jerry Jones On Gov. Christie: 'He's Part Of Our Mojo'
DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) -- New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has taken his share of criticism for repeatedly supporting the Dallas Cowboys. Owner Jerry Jones doesn't care.
"He's a Cowboy fan through and through," said Jones with Shan & RJ on 105.3 The Fan. "I met him through the Cowboys, and I'm excited about it. He's part of our mojo. I want him there all the way."

Gov. Christie has now attended three Cowboys games with Jones -- all Dallas wins.
Jerry Jones, Stephen Jones and Gov. Christie were caught in a celebratory embrace during Sunday's win -- an image many think is damaging to Gov. Christie.
"We were doing the same thing that everybody there was doing, that's just absolutely expressing the joy of the moment," said Jones.
While Jones understands the criticism Gov. Christie is taking, he also reiterated his desire to have him join the team in Green Bay.
"I don't know how we in anyway can think about going up there without having him -- with the way we're playing, and the mojo."
The Cowboys enter Sunday's game as 6.5-point underdogs. A win in Green Bay would likely result in a trip to Seattle for the NFC Championship and a shot at a Super Bowl appearance.
If Christie can provide the "mojo" needed to get Dallas to its first Super Bowl since 1996 -- Jones thinks that's nothing short of presidential.
"If he's got enough mojo to pull this thing out, he ought to be looked at as President of the United States," joked Jones.
