Jack Leads Hornets To 93-92 Comeback Win Over Mavs

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Jarrett Jack scored 21 points, hitting three free throws to complete an unlikely 8-0 run inside the final 1:13, and the New Orleans Hornets edged the Dallas Mavericks 93-92 on Wednesday night.

The Hornets trailed 92-85 when Dirk Nowitzki made a technical free throw, then Marco Belinelli hit a 3 and Emeka Okafor put back Belinelli's missed reverse layup.

Tyson Chandler, who had 16 points and 13 rebounds in his return from a sprained right ankle, missed two free throws with 17 seconds to go, then Jason Kidd fouled Jack on a 3-point attempt, setting up Jack's decisive free throws with 8.4 seconds left.

Dallas still had one more chance to win it, but for the second time in New Orleans this season, Nowitzki was unable to convert.
