Irving Considering Changing Rules To Help Restaurants

IRVING (CBS 11 NEWS) - Irving may change some rules to boost business growth.

Many city leaders believe that's stunting growth of new restaurants, especially in Las Colinas.

Efforts in the past to toss this rule have failed.
