Irving Considering Changing Rules To Help Restaurants
IRVING (CBS 11 NEWS) - Irving may change some rules to boost business growth.
But it might not please everyone.
The city has a 60-40 rule that bans restaurants from making more than 40% of their revenue from alcohol sales.
Many city leaders believe that's stunting growth of new restaurants, especially in Las Colinas.
Efforts in the past to toss this rule have failed.
