Synthetic marijuana, also known as "K2", has been banned in local cities. Why are we banning it? Should we be taking away people's rights or freedoms to go out and get high or drunk? In the last hour, Jay talked about Rick Perry and reporters asking him why he won't debate with Bill White. Perry says he doesn't legally have to debate him, and claims that until White releases financial documents he won't debate him. Jay claims it is a political decision based on fear and owes it to the public to bring them a debate.
