Horse Struck, Killed By Car On Fort Worth Freeway

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) -Fort Worth Police are trying to figure out why a horse was loose on a Fort Worth freeway after a car hit it.
This accident happened overnight Sunday southbound I35W near Seminary Drive. The horse was saddled. Police aren't sure if it lost its rider or escaped from somewhere.
It is unknown how the horse got onto the freeway, however it was struck by a vehicle and died on the scene.
