HIV Positive Man On Trial
He's accused of having unprotected sex with women without informing them he's HIV positive and today the North Texas man is on trial. Prosecutors say Nathanial Tumbwe raped a woman, didn't use a condom, and didn't tell her about his disease.
Two other women claim they contracted the virus from him, and if he is convicted, they may testify in the punishment phase. Tumbwe could get 20 years behind bars. His attorney is calling the trial a mockery.
