Hit-And-Run Suspect Sought By Dallas Police

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A 71-year-old man is recovering from serious injuries after being struck by a car on Friday, September 18.
Dallas Police say Roy Franklin Rogers was walking southbound on a grassy shoulder in the 1400 block of Stark Road. At approximately 8:20 p.m., a vehicle was traveling southbound on Stark Road, left the roadway, struck Mr. Rogers, and kept going.
Rogers was rushed to a hospital where continues to be treated for serious injuries.
