Hartman's 2 Saves Help FC Dallas Tie Real Salt Lake

FRISCO (AP) - Kevin Hartman made two saves and FC Dallas extended its shutout streak to 399 minutes with a 0-0 tie against Real Salt Lake on Sunday night.

The game was delayed by lightning in the 83rd minute for 1 hour, 52 minutes. It was the second time in the last three home games for FC Dallas that the game was suspended due to lighting.

RSL took points off the Hoops in Dallas after nine straight losses at Pizza Hut Park.

The FC Dallas record for consecutive minutes without allowing a goal is 415, set last year.

RSL had a goal disallowed in the 21st minute after Alvaro Saborio was called offside on his goal. Salt Lake has one goal in its past four games.

Hartman made a leaping save in the 87th minute to stop a Kyle Beckerman's looping volley from 40 yards out. Salt Lake goalkeeper Nick Rimando made a diving, two-handed save to stop a shot by FC Dallas' George John in the 25th minute.
