Garland Store Clerk Shot By Robbers
GARLAND (CBSDFW.COM) - Police are looking for two men they say shot a store clerk during an attempted robbery Monday night at the North Jupiter Road Dollar General in Garland.
Surveillance video shows two masked men entering the Dollar General store around 9:30pm. During the robbery Police say both men, each with a handgun, shot in the direction of the clerk.
The clerk was struck twice, once in the arm and once in the leg after he couldn't get the register open.
Police describe one suspect as a dark skinned male, approximately 5'7" with a thin build. The other suspect was described as a light skinned male, approximately 5'7" with a thin build.
