FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Fort Worth police are asking for help locating a missing teenager. No one has seen Keon Tavaras Fields since Tuesday.

The 18-year-old boy was last seen near the Bella Luxury Apartments, in the 1100 block of Greens Point Terrace.

Fort Worth police Sergeant Pedro Criado said the young man has a special condition. "We do have knowledge that he has been diagnosed with an intellectual disability and he is a student at Eastern Hills High School."

Police say the teen isn't able to remember things well and gets lost easily. He usually doesn't talk to strangers and if approached may appear confused.

"Investigators are asking anybody with information on the whereabouts of Keon to please contact either 911, or the non-emergency police number at (817) 335-4222," Sgt. Criado urged.

Keon stands 6'1", weighs about 165 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
