FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Fort Worth have located a 15-month-old girl who went missing Saturday. Authorities found Twinkle Twinkie Twilight, also called Twinkle Miles, safe at a house in Fort Worth.

The baby's biological mother, known as both Vicki Lynn Miles and Vicki Lynn Dixon, was also found at the east Fort Worth house, near Hanger Street and Collard Avenue. The 42-year-old woman has been taken into custody for questioning, and as of Monday afternoon was facing Kidnapping charges.

FWPD officers were actually conducting a house-to -house search in the area when they received an anonymous tip saying the mother and child were possibly in a house nearby. Officers continued their search and upon arriving at the house, they located the child and mother. One officer walked out with Twinkle bundled in a blanket. Another officer followed with Vicki Lynn in handcuffs.

The actual residents of the house said they were not aware of the current situation, and were just trying offer shelter for a mother and child. No criminal charges are expected to be filed against them.

CBS 11 News has also learned that Vicki Lynn has a total of 11 children.

It was Sunday evening when Child Protective Services turned to the public to ask for help finding the 15-month-old. Officials said the baby was making an unscheduled visit to her biological mother when the woman took the child and fled. Twinkle had been in CPS custody since June and was in foster care before being moved to a relative's home last Thursday.

MedStar emergency management technicians examined the toddler at the scene and found her to be in good health. Police officers who recovered the girl said they were "thrilled" to find her safe, ending a statewide Amber Alert that began Sunday night.

"The officer that's in the back of the car with her can't stop smiling," said Lt. R.L Krouse of the Fort Worth Police Department, at the scene where the child was recovered. "This is why we do this job. Every officer out here felt connected and dedicated to make sure we, as best we could, find this child safe."

According to CPS officials, Twinkle has been returned to a foster home, not relatives.

At the time of the abduction, Vicki Lynn was believed to be driving a red 2001 Chevrolet TrailBlazer with the Texas license plate MHY-236. That vehicle is not seen in the video taken where the baby was recovered and mother was arrested.

The house where they were found is located just a few blocks away from a home belonging to Vicki Lynn's husband. Donald Dixon called police when his wife arrived at his home. "She wasn't going to hurt the baby or nothing like that," he said. "The baby needs to be out of this weather, and she needs some mental health, that's why I did it."
