Frisco To Enact Stage 3 Water Restrictions In November

FRISCO (CBSDFW.COM) – Effective Nov. 1, the city of Frisco will enact Stage 3 water restrictions, further limiting outdoor water usage.

During daylight savings, residents will be allowed to water their lawns one day each week. During regular Central Standard Time, residents are only allowed once a week on their trash day, "if necessary."

Watering is not allowed between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. and between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. during daylight saving's. Watering isn't allowed during regular CST.

As per other restrictions, hand water, soaker hoses and drip or bubbler systems can be used up to two hours any day. Home car washing is allowed with a shut-off spray nozzle and swimming pools are not allowed to be completely drained and refilled and watering new landscape requires city approval.
